No. The form accepts no files of any kind. If a pilot progresses, evidence sharing follows a separate written agreement and an appropriate secure channel.
What does a pilot test?
Evidence grounding, decision usefulness, human review quality and Evidence-to-Decision Time, against a baseline agreed with you at scoping.
How long does scoping take?
Timing is agreed during scoping. It depends on the institution's governance calendar and the evidence boundary that has to be approved.
Can the pilot be funded by a development partner or sponsor?
Yes. Institution-funded, development-partner-funded and strategic sponsor-funded routes are all workable and are settled at scoping.
Can an institution begin with one programme or portfolio?
Yes, and that is the intended starting point. One decision workflow inside one programme or portfolio is the design-partner scope.
