Three days closing the first cycle of the National Masterclass and Institutional Roadmap Series. The first national findings on institutional delivery capability, the work institutions delivered through the year, and the recognition of the 2026 Founding Cohort.
Tuesday to Thursday, Yaoundé. Sessions marked Open are for everyone registered. Sessions marked Roll are for institutions that completed the 2026 cycle.
Tuesday 8 December
Principals, protocol guests, partners, observers and delegates in plenary. Roundtables for institutions on the Roll.
Wednesday 9 December
Showcases open to all. Briefings and design-partner sessions for the Roll and invited partners.
Thursday 10 December
Open plenary. No institution's band is announced without its written authorisation. Nothing is sold.
The plenary is open — recognition earns nothing if no one sees it. The closed roundtables, the private institutional briefings and the reserved lounge are for institutions on the Roll: those that completed the 2026 cycle.

Institutions on the Roll and Programme tiers hold three places, matching the programme's delegation principle. Additional places 150,000 XAF each.
Every package funds capability for institutions that cannot fund their own. A sponsor is named as funder of what it funded — which is a more defensible thing to be credited with than a logo on a banner.

Recognition, a band, influence on an assessment outcome, a platform during a recognition session, and access to any institution's evidence or result are not available at any price, in any package.
Published because they are the reason a recognition is worth anything. They constrain us, deliberately.

Bands are absolute and earned against published criteria. No league table is produced, and no institution's band is announced without its specific written authorisation.

Sponsorship funds the Summit and never influences a recognition. No sponsor holds a platform during any session at which recognition is conferred.

No proposal, no pricing and no commercial material is presented at the Summit. The 2027 conversation happens in January, individually.

No investment showcase and no deal room is held at the NPMTI Summit. A recognition ceremony sharing a floor with capital transactions is worth less than one that does not.
Institutions on the Roll and Programme tiers are registered through their existing delegation. This form is for observer institutions, individual delegates and additional places.
