The HR Strategic Business Partners Conference (HR SBP Conference) is a bi-annual rendezvous of leading HR and project management practitioners from top industry sectors with varied experiences who will contribute to Organizational and Human Capital Development, and project management to proffer business solutions that will enhance organizational growth and accelerate benefits realization. Gladys Njoukiang Asaah (PhD)
Gladys Njoukiang Asaah (PhD) holds a doctorate degree in Investment Management from the University of Central Nicaragua together with an MSc in Banking and Finance and a PGD in Economics from the University of Calabar. She also has a certificate in Strengthening Partnership: the role of Facilitators in program implementation and another in Disaster risk and Humanitarian Management.
She is the Regional Director of Pan African Institute for Development West Africa, (PAID-WA) Buea since November 2022. Gladys personal drive has been tailored towards ameliorating the situation of vulnerable groups such as women and children among others. Which informed her application and subsequent recruitment in the Pan African Institute for Development West Africa where she has facilitated several capacity building workshop and lead several projects geared at the protection of children and the preservation of children’s right to education.
Also, since 2015 till date, she serves as a facilitator and Mentor to Catholic Reverend sisters in the Sisters Leadership Development Initiative of the African Sisters Educative Collaboration (ASEC/SLDI). Her areas of competence include research, consultancy, facilitation and capacity building.
