Professional places at 1,250,000 each, with no volume rate.

50% on signing confirms the places, balance by 1 February 2027.

A sponsor may set a disclosed focus (for example women, a region, a field or a partner university), but the assessment selects the candidates, never the sponsor.

Places signed by 15 January 2027 fund Cohort 1; later places fund Cohort 2, selected at the Work Transformation Series 2.0 (22–23 April 2027).

Unfilled places roll to the next cohort within 12 months.

Sponsors signed by 4 January 2027 are named at the Youth edition and in the 11 February honours issue of Talent Power Magazine, with the admitted cohort (with consent).

Sponsors receive the cohort outcomes report.

Alcohol, tobacco and betting companies do not sponsor Career places; they and public bodies can take part as hosts.

For hosts

Host two interns for 16 weeks. Hosting carries no fee.

The host provides a named supervisor and a learning plan on real projects; a monthly allowance paid by the host, of at least 50,000 XAF; and a hiring decision by week 14, free to hire or not.

Paraklete provides candidates selected by the Career Readiness Assessment, trained in the bootcamp and prepared for CAPM®; a three-party internship agreement signed before day one, with accident cover for the interns; and mentoring, a mid-point and a final review, and a complaints channel.

Programme responsibilities

Paraklete prepares and supports graduates; no job is promised, and hiring is the host's own decision. Sponsors fund training places and never select candidates. CAPM® is a mark of Project Management Institute, Inc.
