Programme overview
The PMP® is the world's most widely recognized project management credential. This programme prepares experienced professionals for the current PMP® examination — the version launched 9 July 2026, aligned to the PMBOK® Guide 8th Edition — through live instruction, guided revision and realistic exam practice.
You'll work through all three exam domains with practising instructors, build a personal study plan matched to your exam date, and complete full-length simulated examinations under timed conditions before you sit the real one. Our team also supports the application itself: many strong candidates stumble at the experience-documentation stage, not the exam, and we help you get that right.
What you'll be able to do
- Apply predictive, agile and hybrid delivery approaches to realistic project scenarios
- Lead teams, manage stakeholders and navigate the business environment the exam now weights more heavily
- Answer scenario-based questions with the reasoning pattern the current exam rewards
- Manage your time across a 240-minute, 180-question examination
- Submit a complete, audit-ready PMP® application
Who should enrol
Experienced professionals who lead or direct projects — project managers, programme leads, PMO staff, transformation and delivery leads, engineers, consultants, and operations managers whose work involves leading project outcomes. You do not need the job title "Project Manager" to qualify; PMI assesses what you did, not what you were called.
What's included

- Current-edition study materials aligned to the Exam Content Outline
- Structured week-by-week revision plan
- Practice question bank and full-length timed simulations
- PMP® application and experience-documentation support
- Exam-readiness mentoring sessions

Not sure which tier you fall under, or whether your experience qualifies? That's exactly what the Advisor Clarity Call is for — we review your profile before you spend anything.
Programme investment
Programme investment is determined following eligibility review and your chosen delivery format. Admitted applicants receive a written offer detailing Paraklete fees, applicable third-party charges (PMI exam fees, PMI membership if chosen), payment milestones and exclusions before committing. Examination fees are paid separately to the awarding body and vary by membership status and region.
Instructor, mentoring and application support
Instructor and mentoring support
Your cohort is led by experienced project practitioners, with structured mentoring through the revision window and a named point of contact for application questions.
Exam and application support
We review your experience documentation before you submit, prepare you for the possibility of a PMI audit (routine, not a red flag), and help you schedule your examination window to match your readiness — not the other way around.
Beyond Certification
Turn new skills into visibility and practice
Turn new skills into visibility, practice and opportunity readiness. Eligible Paraklete learners and alumni may continue through mentoring, professional visibility, implementation projects and selected opportunity pathways.
Frequently asked questions
Does this programme include the PMI exam fee?
No — the examination fee is paid directly to PMI and varies by membership status and region. Your written offer itemizes exactly what's included and what's third-party.
Do I need PMP experience before enrolling?
You need the experience to sit the exam (see the eligibility table); you can begin preparation while completing your experience window. The Advisor Clarity Call will map your timeline.
I hold an active CAPM®. Does that change anything?
Yes — an active CAPM waives the 35-contact-hour education requirement entirely. You may still find the structured preparation valuable for the exam itself.
Is the exam different now?
Yes. A new PMP® examination launched 9 July 2026, aligned to the PMBOK® Guide 8th Edition, with rebalanced domain weightings and a 240-minute duration. This programme is built for the current exam.
Can I do this while working full-time?
Yes — cohorts are scheduled for working professionals, with evening and weekend options.
Is passing guaranteed?
No training provider can guarantee an examination result, and you should be cautious of any that claims to. What we provide is structured preparation, realistic practice and support calibrated to the current exam.
Is French delivery available?
Yes — dedicated French cohorts are available. Note that PMI offers the PMP exam in French among its supported languages.
