Build the knowledge, exam strategy and confidence to prepare for the Project Management Professional (PMP)® examination — through live instruction, structured revision and mentoring support.
Experienced professionals who lead or direct projects — project managers, programme leads, PMO staff, transformation and delivery leads, engineers, consultants, and operations managers whose work involves leading project outcomes. You do not need the job title "Project Manager" to qualify; PMI assesses what you did, not what you were called.
The PMP® is the world's most widely recognized project management credential. This programme prepares experienced professionals for the current PMP® examination — the version launched 9 July 2026, aligned to the PMBOK® Guide 8th Edition — through live instruction, guided revision and realistic exam practice.
You'll work through all three exam domains with practising instructors, build a personal study plan matched to your exam date, and complete full-length simulated examinations under timed conditions before you sit the real one. Our team also supports the application itself: many strong candidates stumble at the experience-documentation stage, not the exam, and we help you get that right.
You'll need 35 contact hours of project management education (which this programme provides — waived entirely if you hold an active CAPM®) plus documented project experience on one of four education tiers, within the last 10 years.
Requirements are set by the awarding body, not by Paraklete Institute. We review your circumstances before you commit.
| Your education | Experience leading projects |
|---|---|
| Secondary diploma (high school or global equivalent) | 60 months |
| Associate degree / EQF Level 5 equivalent | 48 months |
| Four-year bachelor's degree | 36 months |
| Degree from a GAC-accredited programme | 24 months |
PMI controls eligibility, application acceptance, examination delivery, fees, scheduling and credential award. Completing Paraklete training is not the award of a PMI credential, and no examination result, employment or income outcome is implied or guaranteed.
Not sure which tier you fall under, or whether your experience qualifies? That's exactly what the Advisor Clarity Call is for — we review your profile before you spend anything.
From 1 December 2026, PMI applies provider-category rules to live instructor-led training hours used for PMP® eligibility. Your adviser will confirm the current requirements and applicable provider status before enrolment; this page does not represent automatic eligibility.
