Programme overview

Construction projects fail differently from IT projects — through interfaces, claims, contract ambiguity and change management at scale. The PMI-CP™ is PMI's credential for professionals who deliver built-environment work, and this programme prepares candidates through construction-specific case study work rather than generic project theory.

Who should enrol

Civil, structural and services engineers · construction and site managers · quantity surveyors and contract/commercial managers · architects moving into delivery leadership · public-works and infrastructure professionals · engineering and built-environment lecturers seeking an industry-recognized credential.
